Oscar Rantatalo is an associate professor in education at Umeå University.
My research interests focus on organizational education where I studied and published on topics such as leadership, competence, organizational sensemaking, and change. I have also conducted research on policing and police education with a speciali interest in topics such as incident management and simulation-based training.
